"As of Edition 23, we wanted to allow all students the chance to be published. This gives everyone the opportunity to progress projects beyond the confines of course deadlines. Projects from elective courses with architecture-based interventions will also be considered for publication. Please limit your submission to 2 projects at max outside any projects that a professor has nominated you for."

If you have won a Carleton award for your project this year and have not yet been contacted for a nomination, please consider submitting your project for a chance to be featured in Edition 25. Awarded projects do not count towards the two project submission limit.

PART A: IMAGES

- Select a maximum of 10 images of your nominated project.

- Crop each image to your liking (Please do NOT submit panels)

- Convert those images to TIFF files, with a 300 DPI.

- Ensure that each image does not fall over 90MB.

- Create a ZIP file containing all images

- Name your images using the following naming convention: LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME_IMAGE01

- Name the folder containing your images in the following format:

  For only one project per class: 

  LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME_COURSECODE

  For multiple projects per class: 

  LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME_COURSECODE_PROJECT01

  LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME_COURSECODE_PROJECT02...

PART B: FORM

- Refer to the floating black button to the left.

- Fill in the form and attach your folder.

- Abstracts should not exceed 200 words, or else it will not be considered.

- Captions should not exceed 20 words.

- Click submit once complete!

- If you don't receive a confirmation email from us within 48 hours of your submission, please reach out via e-mail.

    Questions marked with a star (*) are mandatory; if left blank, your submission will not be accepted.
